If there are any health and safety reasons why the work would need doing, we can still assist.
Examples of health and safety 'reasons' can include; Failing to do the cleaning could result in slips and falls due to slippery surfaces or mud and grime build up, for the prevention of infection from animals etc.
South East Water states: This includes activities that need to be done using a hosepipe to ensure you are removing or minimising risks to human or animal health or safety, or preventing the spread of disease.

If this is the case, the exemption does still apply and we are permitted to do the work for you.
